Exclamation E6600 or e7200?

how does the e6600 compare to the e7200?
at what settings could i run crysis with a 9800GTX+ and e7200?
is the e7200 worth it?

what parts do you have now?

As for going from a e6600 to a 7200 your not goinbg to see much of a difference. Truthfully just overclock the cpu

Also screw 9800gtx and get a 8800gt oc from bfg or evga for a 100bucks and overclock it a little more and you'll see maybe 3-4fps difference.

the alternative is cheaper and you wont notice any difference between a 8800gt and the 9800gtx

cost-wise may as well get the E8400 and try to get it close to 4GHz... since the E6600 is becoming harder to find its replacement is the E6500 which most places is the same price as the newer and faster E8400. Newegg has them both priced at $170
