Alright, first things first.
Why would you buy a slower CPU? Secondly, (just a stab in the dark) because your new CPU is only 2.13GHz as opposed to the older 2.4GHz AND your L2 cache is only half the size of the E6600, perhaps its working harder to stay around the same speed... I dont really know but I thought I'd put my two cents in. Hope it helped ![]() |
