So lets start with the basic equipment.
1)Intel E4500 @ 2.2ghz stock 800FSB
2)ECS 945GCT-M 1066FSB supports C2D (I know this is a crappy board but it came as a combo with the CPU @ FRY's)
3) Kingston DDR2 667
As stock everything runs just fine. As for overclocking, I am getting modest speeds but I haven't pushed it further because I get this message when I reach 240FSB X11 @2.6 Ghz.
"A 200 system bus processor is installed. This processor is not supported on this system board and will run at reduced processor clock speed. System will be impacted."
That is the part I am confused about. The e4500 is rated at 800FSB and the board goes up to 1066FSB.
240x4= 960FSB E4500 (Overclocked) which is well within the board's rated limit of 1066FSB. I set DDR2667 memory at 400 1:1 ratio so I have room to play.
Should I just ignore this message? CPU-Z doesn't show the clock speed running slower than the settings. I understand if this board isn't rated to support this CPU, but clearly it does. Or does it?
Please advise!

I have the e4500 and a gigabyte ga-g31m-s2l motherboard and 2gb pny ddr800. I put it at 307x9 with 1.34v instead of stock 1.32 and put the ram at 533mhz and that gave me 833mhz ram and 3.38ghz processor speed and that runs fine.
