E3110 core temp sensors stuck? i think

i just built this system about a week ago and just got around to installing pc wizard 2008 so i could monitor the core temps and voltages(as i never trust bios readings). the problem i am having is that the only temerature that moves is the cpu temp. usually between 32C to 38C depending on the load. neither of the core temps show any movement, they always stay on 35C. i tried using core temp and speed fan to see if there was any difference, but nothing noticable so i tried real temp and tested the core sensors which showed no movement at all. (which says if theres little to no movements in temp, then the sensors are not working. So now to the question. is there anyway to reset the sensores in the chip? i tried reseting the cmos and that didnt work. im not overclocking anything and i dont have anymore ideas other than getting an rma and sending it back. any suggestions or ideas, like always, are greatly appreciated.

just set the cpu voltage to 1.14v to see if the temp would rise a little, after running prime95 for 2 hours, the cpu temp got up to 51C with core1 moving to 44C and core2 moving to 36C. I really thought that the cpu would get up towards 60C, but not even close.
