Celeron M 1.3 upgrade to Pentium M 750 (1.8)

I have a Presario M2000 notebook with the Celeron 360 1.30ghz cpu currently. I would like a performance upgrade. I was considering the Pentium M 750 1.8ghz cpu. I can get them dirt cheap and I am wondering if it will be a noticable upgrade in terms of performance. I also have 1GB Ram onboard.
