DFI 939 board - £35 plus P+P = £44
here is one for ya. i have nabbed one for myslef. Yeah it is socket 939, but for use ddr users still, heres a deal you may have to take up.

Well got the board today. i am right now still saying the ultra-d felt better, but i have had it for months on end. i have had this going for a few hours. I am gona keep it fitted, and flashed the bios to the latest one. it seemed to have a issue with my x1900xt in the first slot, but worked fine in the second slot. Also the bios says it can do 12x on both 16x pci-e slots.
Anyone wondering wether ddr400 on 4 double sided dimms works on T1...Yes it does. runs flawless. Anyone looking for a board capable of basically all your needs on 939, nab one of these. - Paul
