Question Thunderbolt to USB 3.0

At the moment, there are no Thunderbolt to USB hubs/adapters, and the ones that will be released on the market in the future will be overly expensive and complex "docks".
Why has nobody made a simple (at least the concept seems simple) Thunderbolt to USB 3.0 hub or adapter?

I found one posted on the apples online store --Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Thunderbolt Adapter for Portable Hard Drives about $99... Good question - did you find others?

That device is not a hub or adapter to USB. It is a module for connecting only goflex drives. It has one thunderbold port and so must be the last thunderbolt device plugged in.
