there's also How Microprocessors Work
How Boolean Logic Works would be a helpful read too. How Semiconductors Work and How Bits and Bytes Work would be helpful. that's a lot of reading  it helps if you read through some of these though, and then ask us more specific questions. as you can see, to explain how CPUs work would take us hours of typing...
