What Should I Buy?

Ok, I have had my Zune for...awhile now, and it has been fairly trustworthy. It currently has a massive scratch on the screen, and is losing it's charge...frequently. I am in the process of searching for a new mp3 player, and in that quest, I found ARCHOS. They make an "Internet Media Tablet" which allows for wifi/3g internet surfing, and they have very large sizes for pretty cheap, with really nice touch screens. They will also go nicely with my switch to Linux as of late, which makes it...er...difficult to use my Zune.
So this is my question, what should I buy? ARCHOS makes both a 120 GB and a 250 GB, the 120 being $400 and the 250 being $450. Also, I could go with a different player, but I'm liking the massive size for my movies and what not. I'm thinking this thing will be handy for College, an extra bonus being the campus has total wifi service.
All input is highly appreciated, including suggestions of other players (Not Zune or Apple).

You can get a laptop for that amount and have much more flexibility. Hell, you can probably get an EEE for less and have enough left over to get an accessory drive.
