It has nothing to do with customer service, it has to do with stuff that is 'yet to come' and I absolutely cannot give details on this matter. Besides, it's 'personal preference' and 'principal' as to why I said that _I_ would not use their service - I can never speak for others.

i just bought the at&t tilt. so far, it's pretty good. it's a little heavy; but, i don't like phones that are really lite--i want to be able to feel my phone in my pocket or on my side.

f you can wait till summer i would wait for the blackberry bold.... im a smartphone addict with the dawn of the iphone im hooked and drawn between several ones such as HTC/palm/iPhone/Blackberry its all about personal preference, i want a phone/device that will allow me to put 3rd party software on it... iphones out then (i know it can be hacked but im not taking the risk) i havent made my mind up between the symbian os and ms's foray into mobile software, and right now im leaning slightly towards microsoft which means that the HTC range and palm range wins for me right now.
