Unable to Sync Samsung T9
Ok, after hours of messing around I'm all out of fixes.
XP Media Center SP2
(I have all the neccessary requirements)
Samsung yp-t9jqb/xaa (A.K.A. T9)
I purchased and installed the player yesterday evening. I followed the directions which stated to install the supplied Samsung media software. I connected the device via USB. Windows displayed the message informing me that the hardware was found and is now ready to use. The item IS LISTED IN DEVICE MANAGER. However, I am unable to sync using Winamp, Win Media Player or any other sync-capable media player.
Ok, so I... Uninstalled via device manager and tried several other USB ports. Sill nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled all my media players. Still nothing. I got a little upset and used the in-law's PC to see if it would work.. IT DID! Windows recognized the player and it was even listed in My Computer under "AUDO DEVICES". I unplugged and ran to my well-built home in the ghetto eagerly awaiting the uploading of my thousands of songs when.. Nothing happened when I plugged in the t9 to my pc.
I'm lost. I feel I've followed the instructions and did my part. Samsung's website is horrible. I'll leave it at that.
It worked on another pc and not mine.. How do I proceed?
Thank ya'll in advance.
Peace out,
Greg
