If you count the pr0n studios, and small studios like HBO, this new deal gives HD-DVD the advantage. I believe single handedly this reversed the war, and it's likely that HD-DVD will prevail.

However, Toshiba paid a total of $150m for the two exclusivity deals combined.

Yea, it's a pretty big deal.

The other thing, which I didn't realize before besides Sony pictures only Buena Vista is really the only company not Sony owned that is supporting Blu-Ray.

According to Wiki- Fox and MGM haven't released a new title in months and aren't planning too. This sort of makes you wonder if they might be backing away from Blu-Ray.

I would like to check out some Pr0n on Blu-Ray or HD-DVD that should be interesting.

Yea, I was going to say, Fox is still exclusive, and so is Disney.

As for pr0n on HD-DVD, sometimes HD is a little too much. One thing about this format war, pr0n isn't as relevant, as the Internet takes that.
