MP4 Digital Player

Purchased from China I know , well it works GREAT only problem is it will only play the songs for 10 secs. ????
I can add songs , Vids any thing BUT they only play for 10 secs.... any help is appricated. Front says MP4 Digital Player
and thats all , it does look like an Ipod

Purchased from Ebay and post marked from China , if you look in the folder the song is there in full if played with computer all is fine but when played from player it just playes 10 sec. clip , it has 4meg of memory , and the place I bought it from said there should be no problem they cant understand. BUT never offered any help , OH and I paid 50.00 for it

It looks like we bought the same product...Mind actually will only play for 10 seconds also. I have done everything...Reset...Reformat...Deleted files from Mp4 and Media Player and started over many times. The Battery is indicating fully charged but The Mp4 will only play for 10 seconds. When I first started the whole process it worked fined. My bid on eBay was only 20 Dollars but if it doesn't work 20 dollars is too much

you guys have to use http, use www, add a dot before com and paste the other lines

I have a sony mp4 digital player that is made in china i want to put a music video but i cant play it, i dnt even see it in my player, i dont know what should be the correct format should i download...please help! give me the possible file format that can play for my mp4.
