Smile Looking for laptop TV tuner

I am looking for a cheap laptop tv tuner for under $50 that can be used to get digital and analog cable from the wall. It can be a USB tuner or an express card slot tuner.

I have 2 of the Dell Angel TV tuners and they are great. Check ebay. They work with MCE if you want to use that (which I do)

I bought one from the dell website for under $20. Bought a laptop at the same time so I might have gotten a discount. It works great though.
