Angry Ilo No Good

Ok, so I have had my Ilo 1 gig mp3 player for about 4 months now. I have been very satisfied with it. And just a few days ago, it stopped working. I turn it on and the screen flashes on, then off. No text, no error message.... 1 second flash...that is all.....any suggestions or similar experiences?

Change the battery?

Philips Gogear MP3 player HDD70/17 problems

I have a Philips Gogear MP3 player HDD70/17. Recently i am facing a terrible problem of playing the mp3 songs in that. I can transfer the songs in the player but they are not seen in the playlist. Though i can see them in the player using windows explorer.
The requirement of philips mps players is that the songs should be transfered using the juke box. Even though i have used the same to transfer the songs it appears as if they were transfered without the player. Calling the customer care did not help and told that the software is corrupted.

Can anyone help me with this problem.
Can i format the player and load another software?
How can i make the player to work again...

Looking forward to your responses.
PJ

Question Stuck in a loop

I am so not technically smart. I bought my ILO a couple of months ago, today it was working fine, went somewhere and when I came back and went to play it again it just keeps looping thorugh the ILO start up screen, searching and sorting files but just keeps going through that cycle. I don't know what to do, I have changed the battery a couple of times but it still does the same thing. Am I just going to have to wait and then reformat it with it's disk when I get home (like I said computer literate I am not ). Any suggestions or just someone telling me that I'm on the right track would be great.

ILO shutting off

I recently tried to download some songs to my dad's ILO MP3 player. When I plug the device into my labtop the ILO just shuts off. Any thoughts?
