It's a delstar DS-1036. my comp has windows 98...and when found out that u needed to use the disk to make it work i decided to use it in the xp. but when i pulled it out to go put it in the xp it wouldnt turn back on! the batt is fine. it doesnt even work when i plug it into the comp...it just is blank. So your computer doesn't detect it at all? when you plug it in, you don't see it show up in explorer or when you view your system hardware?
