Can not load the song to MP4 player from computer ?

Can not load the song to MP4 player from computer ?

I have tried twice now to load music on the mp4 player window media player says it loading it, even on the computer when i open it files it tells me the songs are there but you unplug it and go and look for the songs thtere not there.
Help please!
BTW, there is no other problem with this mp4 player!!

So you have it plugged in, and it says the music is on there. You unplug it, and there's no music. If you then plug it back in, does it say it has music or no music? Have you tried doing the "safely remove hardware" thing? It could be possible that it's set to write data on removal, which means when you pull it out, nothing's on there yet.
