Great FAQ. A must read for anyone considering water cooling for the first time. I especially like the ones relating to temperature and measurement. I've been screaming this for a LONG time...

Heh you revived a really old thread, but in response no in a regular watercooling system the water can not get cooler then the surrounding air, there are actually radiators now that are cooled electronically which allow for this. But heat flows from warmer areas to cooler areas, once the water is the temperature of the surrounding air they are in an equilibrium and there is not heat flow.
