Unhappy Need advice and info

Hi.
I've got a 3.0Ghz Intel HT enabled Processor and an Intel Mainboard (D915GAV). I dont have any GPU at the moment but I will buy Nvidia 6800 in near future.

My room temperatures are extremely High (38c - 50c) and my CPU temperatures are Normal : 55c - 60c, under load 65c - 70c+ so as you can see, its really impossible for my pc ro run properly without a Water cooling kit

First of all, Please help me in choosing the right Water Cooling System. I have these in mind:

EverCool WC-202 (Around $90)
KingWin AS-3000 (around $120)
Cooler Master RL-HUC-E8U1 AquaGate (around $90)

Second, please tell me how can I buy one of these from Internet, Note that I dont have a PayPal account neither can I make it. I have a Visa Credit Card. And I dont want to spend much on shipping. I searched for online stores who offer International shipping and have these items, but was unable to find one.

Please help me as I am really in a fix.
Thanks

well the thing to remember, is low end water cooling is often unable to provide better cooling performance than higher end air solutions, such as the thermalright xp120, scythe 1000p ninja, thermaltake big typhoon, zalman cnps9500. The advantage to the water solutions is size and at times noise, typically water cooling can run quieter, but as most of the cheaper ones use 80mm fans, at full tilt they will be loud.

If you insist on watercooling, try to find the CORSAIR Nautilus 500. At only $150 retail pricing, its a very good enterance level water cooling kit. It is easy to assemble, very quiet, and external. The loop is also expandable, and corsair themselves are coming out with some VGA blocks as well as northbridge blocks. Most other low end water coolers are not expandable, because of weak pumps and small diameter - non standard tubing.

As for where to shop, I couldnt really make any suggestsions as you dont list your location.

That is new Information for me. I always thought that Water cooling is better than Air cooling, as it is the general view too. As for "low end" water cooling systems, they still use water, right?
Other than that, all the other Air cooling products I've seen are HUGE, and I doubt they will ever fit in my casig! (the power supply is just above the CPU slot, and the stock heat sink is just 0.8 inches away from it, and just for reference Thermalright XP-120 CPU Cooler, seems impossible to get anywhere near my pc!. Here's a picture (really bad one) which shows this [Picture]
And the thing about the sound of the fan of Water cooling system, thats not a problem for me, IF the cooling system really cools my CPU at least 10c lower than the stock heat sink running on full speed.
The information you have provided is really helpful. Can you (or someone) else suggest what I should do?. and is Kingwin AS-3000 a "Low end" Water cooling system?. lets say I;ve got a As-3000 and its fan is running on full speed and my CPU is under FULL load, will it really cool my CPU better than any other Air cooling system?(Air cooling system's are less expensive than water cooling, thats another positive point for me, as shipping is going to cost me pretty much I guess)

btw I live in Pakistan (I think all of the International shipping supported stores will ship here)
THanks

Hi again
I mailed an eBay member (who also has an ebay store) that I was interested in His product KingWin AS-3000, and that I couldnt pay through PayPal. He just mailed me back that I can pay through Western Union if I want to and the total with shipping would be $150, thats economical. So it figures that other users on eBay (and maybe some stores) will accept Western Union Transfer, or in some other way that is available to me too. So now the question just remains about THE RIGHT PRODUCT. I need some suggestions and some recommended products from experienced/expert users.

Here are the details about my situation: (A recap )
1. Air temperatures in my room range from 40c-48c
2. My CPU is 3.0 HT enabled Intel P4 Processor
3. CPU temperatures under load are 65c-70c+ (so in short i really cant use my CPU under load, without a proper cooling)
4. Motherboard temperatures under load are 48c-51c+ (which is also above the limit of the Intel Software)
5. Noise is no problem for me.
6. I need a cooling system that will lower my CPU temperatures at least 5c, or preferably 10c.
7. The retail price of the product should not be more that $150 (better if it is around $100)
8. I am going to buy an NVIDIA 6800 Graphics Card in near future too.

I Thank in advance to all the users who will take time to read and reply to my problem. Please reply ASAP as I cant use my PC properly until I get a cooling system.

dunno if that wc kit is good? youd want a big radiator or two, i cant see how big it's radiator is.
thats a hot room! see if you can reduce room temps. maybe tinting windows or better blinds/curtains, or maybe a shade above the window. id die at 48 i reckon.
low end water systems still use water, stang is saying that a good air system can outperform a crappy water system. there should be heatpipe based aircoolers that will fit in your case that can drop temps 10c, and with an inlet fan or two, and maybe an outlet fan or two in good locations will lose more heat. give us some more pics, of the whole case if you want ideas.
its hard to run cool when room temps are 48!

Cool Fans?

How many fans are in the Case at the moment? Not including the PSU fan(s).

If there are less than 3, buy some more!!! if there is no room in your case for more fans then buy a decent CPU cooler such as an ASUS Artic Square for around 75 Australian Dollars which is relatively cheap as opposed to buying an entirely new water cooling setup.

Hope it helped.

Something to take note of is that it is impossible for any conventional cooling system, water or air, to cool your system below the ambient temperature of the room.

Because your room temperature is so high, you would need to spend a lot of money on a water cooling solution that would provide really marginal benefits.

That being said, it may be more efficient of your time and money to lower your room temp rather than upgrading (or more likley downgrading) to a water cooled solution.

Instead of $200+ on a liquid cooling rig, I would instead just get a 8000 btu room air conditioner for the same or lower price (you can try sears.com). It'll make your air cooling rig super cool, and make YOU super cool too.

And as a side note I dont remember the exact number but Intel's expected load temperature of the p4 is ~ 68 c.. not that different from what you're getting.
