No you would have too much stuff to build and and corrode the parts in your watercooling, the other option to phase changes is using peltiers with wc. Except your really only using the pelts the wc is there to cool the pelt down on its heated side.

Ya some of the pumps I have been looking at for mine are like 450 gallons per hour, have that running 24/7 thats gonna be some expensive wc.

Another thing to note is that liquid nitrogen's specific heat is horribly low compared to water. You need more than twice the liquid nitrogen to cool that CPU so and so degrees compared to water. When it comes right down to it water kicks nitrogen's, and basically everything else's, butt at absorbing that heat.
