I had the big water SE for about two years. If by draining you mean getting rid of all the coolant you have in it now, then why are you worrying about pressure? Just take the whole rig off and give it a good cleaning.
I also STRONGLY suggest you replace the pump (if you are still using the one it came with). I thought it would be fine with that pump, then it ended up dying on me. I RMA'd a replacement which died after a month. Get a swifttech pump or anything else would be better than that blue failure.
If you're still wondering about the whole antifreeze thing, I know that the bigwater manual suggests a blend of antifreeze and distilled water, but instead, just use something to stop algea growth. Antifreeze has poor heat conductivity, flow, and the big water SE is a kit, so all the metal (copper) is the same, so you don't need to worry about corrosion.
