Yes

For some reason, all my attacks inside the live world get riposted. I try to fight a battle in the forst, but everyone of my attacks ends up hurting me.

Not sure that this is a bug, but I don't know what else to do?

Can you provide more specifics - exactly where are you, what are you doing, what are you fighting, what weapon are you using etc etc

Hey, Arch. What's your character? Mine tend to do the same thing. You attack effectiveness is based on your character type, alignment, buffs, etc. For instance, at my current level I have a huge penalty based on my character type that makes my total attack a -1. Once I gain a few levels I'll overcome that.

There are other things that affect it as well...take this for instance when I logged in:

Titan (IIRC you are too, Nilpo), rake, attack is supposedly 2-3. So I'm not sure if that means 2-3=-1?

The location is the forest, the opponent is every one I've met. I don't see how to gain levels though if you can't hit an opponent and gain experience?

I'm in the same boat. I'll look into this tomorrow morning when I get into the office.

Any word on this?

It's an issue with the Titan race. We're working on tweaking the numbers. Rich is making some fixes right now and this is on his list. I'll let you know when it's fixed.

Titan and Draconis classes have now been "fixed", so to speak.

Neutral alignment is anywhere between -9 and 9. -10 and lower is Evil alignment. 10 and higher is Good alignment.

Titans and Draconis will not recieve any race penalties or bonuses when in neutral alignment now. Titans will recieve their bonus when GOOD, and Draconis will recieve their bonus when EVIL.

Also, I fixed the text in the area where you choose your race, that says Titans get a penalty for being good. Its actually the opposite, they get a penalty for being evil.

Now, bonuses and penalties are applied at a new day. So you must wait until your next new day for these changes to be applied to your character.
