Are you the TJB122001? It is low enough PPD to look like a single-cpu client.

Either you have FAH installed and running as a service on one of your machines and it runs under your radar at boot time, or someone else is folding in your name. If it is the latter, all you can do is ask them to stop (or just keep letting them if you don't mind the help).

It turns out it was me. I had did have it installed as a service on one of my computers. I thought I had reformatted since it since the last time I folded.

I just got done installing it on all of my computers. I off again!!

Enable BSOD: Control Panel/Systems, Advanced Tab, hit the Settings button under Startup and Recovery, and under the System Failure area, uncheck the Automatically Restart checkbox.

This is not correct.

FAH has available a passkey which allows users to uniquely identify themselves in the event that there is a dispute over credit. Use of the passkey does not prevent other users from folding under your username/team.
