Code:
Allow receipt of work assignments and return of work results greater than 5MB in size (such work units may have large memory demands) (no/yes) [no]? That is very misleading and I misunderstood. So its my fault, I used up all the standard wu's for my class *2.4ghz 2gigs of memory* SO now I have to do bigWU's LOL! MUHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! |

That sounds like what happens when the primary collection server goes down without transferring its list of assigned work units to the backup collection server, and it is the backup server that gives the message. Does your client try to connect twice, once giving a 'cannot contact server' message, then again giving the 'no record of this work unit' message? If so, the thing to do is wait until the primary collection server comes back up. Ben N1NP |

It looks like the .103.68 server is back up, all of my queued work units went through this morning (over 5000 points worth)
. Some of those work units were finished and waiting to upload since 11 April! Ben N1NP |

Yeah I have been having problems with units not sending back and unable to download new projects.
2 went through yesterday so that was good, but I still have several at work on pendrives that are still to go through. Hopefully Stanford will have these problems fixed soon, cos it isnt just a simple matter of a server going down occasionaly, this is happening all too often.
