620r.1 systray wont run

I have 5 computers all set up the same for GPU2 all

XP, Intel and Nvidea 8800 4 @ cd2 and 1 Sempron

The problem is with my daughters new computer

P5N-D E7200 8800gt XP Pro (have 2 exactly the same)
Both worked fine for a week

Now 1 loads core and won't run starts for 20sec or so then shuts down, tried repairing, didn't work, tried removing and reinstalling, still don't work.
Checked forums, didn't see anything that pertained, just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.

Its the work unit Rauxxs.
All new 5801 GPU2 work units are EUE'ing before the client can get to 1%.
