Need help With Q9550 on Striker 2 Extreme Board!

Guys i need help to OC my Q9550 2,83 GHZ to 3,2/3,4 GHZ.
I'm quit new in the OC world!

I tried to put my FSB to 1400. But next i can't get into vista or i get into and then it slow down from 2,83 to 1,73GHZ... help? Got the striker 2 extreme board.

Someone help me please!
