Need help overclocking E4500

Hey guys am new with this and i need help overclocking my PC

I have Intel Core 2 Duo E4500, but when i am in the bios it wont let alter anything. i downloaded cpu-z to try and find out what motherboard was in the computer and it says its an acer f671cr. and the bios is from pheonix technologies ltd ver. ro1-b3s1.

any help would be appreciated
