Max Safe Voltage on Phenom II 965 BE

Ok, So I'm having an issue at 3.8 ghz, which is very reachable when its only a 400mhz OC.

Currently, my ASUS Crosshair III mobo keeps my CPU's voltage @ 1.4 constantly, which is already a little high. I can go on that voltage up to 3.8 (from 3.4) when the voltage becomes too little and I BSOD while stressing. I did try again @ 1.415v's...but still bsod'ed while stressing. I would go higher, but i'm not sure what the maximum safe voltage is for this CPU, I just got it, and I dont want to burn it out within the first week of getting it. So what is the max SAFE voltage, I know its around 1.5, but I dont feel comfortable going past 1.45

Well, its not really a maximum safe voltage so much as its a maximum safe temperature.

So, that begs the question, what kind of temps are you seeing?

@ Stock @ 1.4v - 33c Idle, 43 Load [STABLE]

@ 3.8ghz @ 1.4v - 34c Idle, 43 Load [BSOD]

@ 3.8ghz @ 1.415v - 34 Idle, 45 Load [BSOD]

I want to take the voltage higher, but i'm afraid that it might cause damage to the CPU if I go too high.
