Each chip and board are going to react differently, no matter if its the same model or even stepping. The best thing you can do is just slowly increase your bus speed and watch your temps. The stock HSF is decent for a moderate overclock. Don't worry about touching the vcore initially.

Toledo or Windsor core?

Either way, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't hit atleast 2.5 Ghz.

Oh I doubt anyone would care to reply and flame you. That's not what we're about.

When it comes to overclocking, generally you want to find each part of your system's limit. So that means finding your board's limit, CPU's limit, and your RAM's limit. Find your CPU's limit by running the highest multiplier and increasing the bus speed. Increase the voltage until your temps get too warm. A moderate voltage change shouldn't affect the temps too bad. To check the maximum of the RAM, lower the multiplier of the CPU and increase the bus speed until its not stable. A little voltage on the RAM can help with a higher frequency.

There's SO many aspects and factors that should be considered when overclocking, so before you do anything its best if you read a general guide or walkthrough.

Here's a couple:

Oh no, I doubt it would fry. What you want to do is watch your temps. You might be surprised as the stock HSF isn't so bad. Just the overclock itself won't really generate much more heat than it already has. Just marginally. What tends to generate much more heat is increasing the voltage. You should be able to push it to probably 225 without adding anymore voltage. It's just a trial and error process that's nerve racking at first, but quite addicting as you become more experienced.

Well, that's for you to figure out man. You only want to run the minimum voltage required to be stable at any given level. So, in that case, you'll want to slowly increase your bus speed until you're not stable, and then increase the voltage slightly and keep going. Again, watch your temps to make sure you don't run too warm.
