Bus speeds versus low or high multiplier?

I have always wondered which is better having a higher multiplier or having a higher FSB when both = 3.2GHz. There's two ways to go about this, one is 400x8 and the other way is 466x7. So which way is the better way for performance?

Thank you, Systemlord

More FSB is usually the best way to go because it lets your CPU take care of more I/O, which means there will be less clocks when it's just sitting about waiting for things to happen for it like memory moves
