Small Matte Monitor Suggestions

Suggestions appreciated!!

Very new to monitors/desktops as I've only ever used a laptop.

15-17" preferred.

Mainly used for typing docs and spreadsheets (Microsoft Office).

Therefore color accuracy and such can be poor.

My main criteria is a matte screen. It must be very easy on the eyes as I'll be looking at it for 5+ hours a day. If there are other things to consider besides the matte screen to reduce eye strain please let me know (i.e. IPS panel?)

Would be nice to keep in the $200 range.

Thanks so much for your advice.

One of the most important things to reduce eye strain is to have the area correctly lit. The eye should not strain trying to read a bright or dim screen compared to the ambient light.
