Norwood

I have a Norwood LCD and itr went blank (black) on a power loss...can't get it to come up...changed cords...have a flashing lite on front...video card is good....anyone got any ideas???

Does anyone have a solution for this? Prior to the power going out in our office the monitor was workign fine. Now it's not working at all. I have it connected to my Dell XPS, downloaded some drivers and still nothing.
