Need help choosing 1 of 3 monitors

Hi,

Back in December last year I was on the hunt for a new 22" monitor. I narrowed it down to 3 but didn't know which one to go for. I ended up not getting round to buying one as I could use my dads because he wasn't using his. Anyhoo I'm back needing to buy one with a budget of just over £200 ($400) and need your advice. Here's the list of the possible monitors:

SAMSUNG SM-2232BW

Also, it's a few months since I last looked, maybe there are better screens out now which I've not seen yet or new ones coming out soon that are worth waiting for. If so please let me know.
