Monitor with battery
Hi,
We are interested on a Computer Monitor with battery. We have been searching in the Internet but we can't find anything.
Instead of the monitor we could use a tablet but we prefer a monitor with a battery.
Is there someone who knows any monitor like this?
Thank you

There are monitors with batteries for the film industry, some of these can display from a PC.
Because they are specialised they are usually very expensive compared to normal PC monitors.

I just thought of a possible cheap solution. Depending on what size and input you want you may be able to use a car LCD with an external 12V battery.

Thank you again for your reply JohnFrank!
It was not what we were searching but I think that we are going to use the USB-powered HP U160 monitor.

I am not sure they are shipping before the end of the month as they have just been announced and are not on HP's website yet, but the HP U160 looks like a great portable second monitor. Turns out there are quite a few USB power monitors if you care to google
