Help finding computer monitor 75hz and more...

I have some sensitivities and eye issues and am trying to find a laptop and external monitor that doesn't make me dizzy. It is overwhelming so I thought I would ask in a forum.

Are there any good 17" lcd monitors with 75 hz and 1280x1024 with the best dot pitch (unsure what that would be).

I would prefer a 4:3 but that is probably impossible.

Are there any notebooks with good screens as well? I am looking for an i5 with at least 500 gb.
