Dell P2210t Issue...Please Help!
I have this Dell P2210t monitor and its got these crazy lines all over except for a thin strip at the top where you can see the background and the mouse if you mouse up to the top. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

Here is an image of what show up on the monitor. You can see the orange strip at the top which is the background showing. The mouse tip is also visible up there so that part of the panel is working right, but everything lower is not.
