Anti glare

hi i got a viewsonic vp2365-led monitor, it has strange reddish to white glow or a bit blue to white glow when i have a black image on the screen and looking even at small angles. i read about ips panels and anti glare but is it normal?
i have another view-sonic monitor and it doesn't do the same but it's not ips, so is there something with ips panels? or anti glare is the same for all kind of panels and i'm having an issue?

That screen supports 178 degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles.

What do you mean by small angle?

i mean like if i dont look forward at the screen just shifting 10 degrees causes the glow to appear, yes it has 178 viewing angles, but I'm talking about black color only and the glow i see...

I don't think that is normal. It would be a good idea to go to a shop that has one and try and see if it is your monitor or a common thing.
