New game tomorrow!

I currently have Resident Evil 4 and noticed that all the trainers for it are nothing but viruses, lol. I also have Call of Duty 4 and love it, almost tempted to just get rid of the xbox version.

Tomorrow I am going to get Call of Duty World at War, I own it on 360 and Wii and think that the online play will be like the 4th one with almost 50 people in 1 map (pretty insane too).

I am using a P4 3.0GHz CPU and 8600gt video card with 1.5 gig of Ram. Would that be ok or decent running like the 4th one?

Call of Duty 5: World at War runs on the same engine as Cod4 therefore you should in theory be able to run it on the setting you had for CoD4.

Now if you're talking about CoD 6: Modern Warfare 2 thats entirely different, you may need to upgrade your computer for that. Unless you're already running a Socket 775 CPU and PCI-E Video card then you should be ok.

Thanks for the heads up. I got it now and noticed only 25 servers with a high ping rate, probably outside the US or on the other coast.

Modern Warfare has more servers, ill check it out during the night time. The game runs a little more sloppy with the same settings, so I might drop the resolution and refresher rate a little.

I could be mistaken, but I don't even think there is a COD5 yet. Ya, allot of people call World at War COD5 because it was the next one after COD4, but there have been tons of COD games, many of which haven't been numbered.

And also, the official title to Modern Warfare 2 is just that, there is no "Call of Duty" title before it. So the next one might not actually be an official Call of Duty game (but... the trailer and E3 gameplay still both look amazing).
