Need For Speed Shift - problem

Hellow

I have a problem with Need For Speed Shift (NFSS) to function correctly, has been procured me a reloaded file of a friend, have used winrar to extract it, have it installed (got code from friend) but now I have the problem that the missing file Binkw32.dll, I have downloaded this file and put it into the folder where I installed the NFSS, but when I try to run the program, it comes with a fault, "Procedures starting BinkRegisterFrameBuffers _ @ 8 was not found in DLL library bink32.dll. "So now I stand with the problem when I open the NFSS.
please help me ?
