Question UV or Neon light?

Hi:

I'm planning to buy some color fans and lights for my new case.

I see there is UV fan, Neon fan, and those local store computer shop sell that only say color fan.
Is there a difference? Which one is better, and what color is the best?

Is there anything I need to know about Cold Cathode Light? (compatibility with the fan, UV, Neon, exc...)

All suggestions are welcome, since I'm new to color fans and lighting.

Not sure about this but here we go.
A UV fan will need a UV light in the case to glow up. Its the black lights that make your shirt glow.
Neon fans i assume are liek neon lights and are lit up by Neon gas. Uv fans sound less breakable to me becuase this one neon light we had was so fragile. thatz what i know ( well what i think i know)
