Thermaltake Xaser 3?
I'm looking for a thermaltake Xaser 3 or iii or III how ever the hell they put it. I'm looking to buy another and they are hard to find, I've looked at the Xaser VI and I don't like them. so if anyone has one that their looking to get rid of lets talk shop.
Unless someone has heard of a really good case I'll listen.

The Xaser III was a great case, good luck finding one still though, it's been over 5 years since they stopped production on them.

There are a ton of really good cases out there now. You just have to sort through all the cheap plastic crap. I personally have an Antec P182 case, and it's wonderful in every aspect. The only thing I wish is that it had a side window (it's door has sound proofing on it, so I don't want to cut in my own). I think (but I'm not sure) the P183 has a window.

too be honest I never really cared for the window stuff, I didn't want people looking into my case and seeing my mess of wires lol. but antec makes a good case I still have case I bought from them back in 2002. maybe I'll check it out. though I mostly looking for easy installation of parts and case so solid I could hit with a train and derail it. lol

Read some of the reviews on the P1 series cases. The P182 I have here is very study, and feels better built than my Xaser was. Although it has no window, it puts the PSU at the bottom, and the key when building it is to take off the back panel as well, and route as many power wires as possible around the backside of the Mobo tray. They give you already installed cable ties back there to help out. Also the use of 120mm fans, and extensive sound deadening tech (triple layer panels, rubber HDD/PSU mounts) makes it real nice and quiet. Easily fits the crazy long video cards although it may block one of the HDD bays (although I used the bottom HDD rack) but that's a non-issue unless you have more than 5 HDDs.
