OK, which of these mATX cases to buy...really need advice..
Ok, Ive narred it down to these cases... which do you think would be best and why?
TT Lan Box Lite
AeroCool M40
LIAN LI PC-V350B
Make your decision based on these points:
1. I wont O'C
2. I would love the extra space...
3. I do have a larger vid card (although ive heard they fit in all)
4. I would get another tower...but I wont use the 3.5 drive although ill use it in a smaller case for my HD since I will only have one... and will probably have an external backup.
5. I'd preferr a quiter case since its in my bedroom..
Thanks!

Ah, late reply, but going with the slight revival.
v350 definitely.
I actually just upgraded my rigs into a single matx rig and went with a v350. Once you go lian li you don't go back. They make incredible cases, the build quality is just awesome.
The v350 does need a pretty well thought out rig, but I managed no problem.
AMD 5400+ Black Edition with a Thermalright SI-128SE cooler.
HD4850 from HIS with their aftermarket cooler
Audigy 2zs
4gb G Skill pi edition ram (Cas 4 on 1.8v )
DFI LP JR 790GX-M2RS
2 Sata HDDs
Sata DVD Burner
and a Seasonic s12 600w psu (Non modular )
It all fit pretty well, the cable management is probably the hardest part of it all. But if you think things through and think about what order to install things in its no problem what so ever.

No No... I meant why would you think that case would have a noise issue?
You made it sound like you thought that case would be loud or something.
I will tell you, I have it in my bedroom as well, and do leave it on overnight, at least over the weekend.
No LED's in this one, not even power LEDs, although I think thats just me not hooking them up right, but its nice
But even the 80mm fan in back of the hdds aren't too bad at all. And the rest are lian li 120mm fans which tend to be pretty quiet. When I got home last night for a second I thought it shut itself off. I'm not used to it quite yet

Ha, ya just did. It's still not too bad. A heck of a lot better than my rocketfish. The light is much more diffused. I had like 4-5 pieces of electrical tape over the LED and before the plastic piece that transfers the light and it was still super bright.
And John, I have a HD4850. It's from HIS one of the ones with their aftermarket cooler on it. Fits no problem, in fact you can fit an HD4870x2 and a 9800gx2 in these cases.
Also, it normally runs about 60C, but thats with the fan practically off (20%), I cranked it up a bit higher earlier today and over 10C had dropped off before I booted up cod4. My CPU runs at mid to high 20s running at a 400mhz overclock (ya, I havnt gotten around to pushing it much )
But for comparison, my 8800gt ran at ooh mid to high 60s, and my e6600 ran at 50-60C idling in my old case.. Which was a Rocketfish full tower.
In fact the small cases may seem bad, but honestly they are almost better. 2 120mms in front, pushing all the heat to the back.
Then I have my CPU fan pulling the air through the cooler, blowing into the PSU fan. So the hot air is extracted right away.
The 80mm over the fan exhausts, and my GPU cooler exhausts.
It's actually a pretty dang efficient case.
The thing is, no matter what case you have, if the airflow is not good the temps will suck. In a full tower it may take an extra minute or two to raise the temps, but the case will be trapping the heat just as badly as a small case.
