Need recommendations for stylish new case!!
Hi all,
I currently have an Antec p182 (special edition). Its a nice case but unfortunately the side panel is broken and wont go back on so all my internal organs are exposed!!
So I need a new case!! Something stylish! I have been drawn to the Antec 902 and 1200 as I like of the idea of the power/restart buttons being on top of the case as I usually have my case on the floor next to my chair! However, I am not entirely sure about the blue lights everywhere! This may get annoying at night! Maybe its not big deal?
Anyway, I am looking for something stylish but also easy to work with. Something that will have room for future upgrades!!
Thanks in advance for any advice and suggestions!!

I've VERY pleased with my Antec 902, which is basically just like the 1200, only it's a mid ATX, not a full ATX
I would definately reccomend it to anyone; the quality of Antec cases is top-notch!
The blue lighting is a little brighter on mine because the motherboard itself has some blue LEDs on it that light up, as well as the blue lighting from the PSU. Also, the top fan's LED can be turned off as well with the fan control switches on the back of the case. And with all the fan controls, the lower you have the fans turned on, the dimmer the LED's get, but you cannot completely shut the LED's off...
Personally, I don't think they're TOO bright, but I shut my computer down at night anyway

Some nice pics there! Very impressed! I do actually like this case and the 1200 which is the same just bigger?

Hmm, I do like the Antec 902/1200 but the more I look at the more stylish coolermasters etc the more I think the Antecs look kinda cheap and plastic like! Maybe I really need to see these cases in the flesh but unfortunately that just isn't possible!

I have the same case as you (the p-182) and I love this thing. My opinion of Antec cases went way up. They're really sturdy and I've shifted way from flashy over the top gaming cases (my previous was an obnoxious blue Thermaltake with more lights in it than you thought possible) to subdued sleek professional looking cases, like the p-182 and it's gunmetal finish.

the 902 is pretty sturdy IMO; it weighs quite a bit, lol, but yes the sides on the front, and the top is all plastic, but it doesn't really bother me
it's not that really thin cheap plastic; it's pretty solid stuff
