Angry LED display lit up but not working in a Viper 2 case

Hello all. Something of a noob here. I just got a sweet gaming box from ibuypower.com (PS--DO NOT USE THOSE FOLKS--they screwed up my order pretty good ). Anyway, I have most of the kinks ironed out but still have one problem with the case itself.

The LED display for the time/temp/hours up is lit--but shows all 8's. I looked inside the case and everything seems to be hooked up. Also, when I run Startup, I poked around a bit and saw that I was getting accurate temp/RPMs on the fans (which are all running properly).

However, I have no idea how to activate/reset the meter. The manual isn't particularly informative; it just refers to something in "startup." Which function in Startup would that be?

I really don't want to f-up anything else plugged into the motherboard. What exactly should I do? If anyone can point me to the correct menu/function tree in startup I would be most very grateful...

There are sporadic reports of others having this problem but no posted solutions.

Thank you all for any help that you can offer.

Now if I can only et IBP to get me a valid Windows activation code....
