Help with my new VD4000BWS

I'm trying to install my A8R32 MVP Deluxe motherboard onto my new VD4000BWS case from my old case. I'm having trouble installing the motherboard into the VD4000 because I'm trying to fit the motherboard into I/O panel. When I fit my motherboard into the I/O panel the left side of the motherboard is slighty tilted up, and making it not equally level on the chassis. My old case can fit the motherboard into the I/O panel just perfect making the motherboard equally level on the chassis. The old case could do this because where the screws go on the motherboard there are valleys to support it at a higher level, but my new VD4000 doesn't have this.

This is my first time installing a motherboard into a case. Maybe I'm doing something wrong and the case is fine? Or do I need to remove the I/O panel? If I have no choice I will just remove the I/O panel.

go to any good computer shop and you can buy little screws that will raise the level of your board to whatever size you want as if you had those same little peaks.

like these: http://122.209.241.215/thumbs/001085077.jpg

then you can screw your board into the top of them.
