Computer won't boot.

Ok, I've gotten my pc together. When I press the power button, the power light comes on, the fans start spinning, and the the leds on my dvd burners come on for a second. However, I do not hear the "beep"s and the monitor that I plugged the computer into says "no input signal". I touched the hard drive and I could feel it vibrating. How can I resolve this issue?

Try putting you video card back in...It might not be in all the way. Also does you video card require a connection from the PSU

My video card is put all the way in. And my video card (X300) does not require a connection from the PSU.

Try resetting the CMOS by removing the motherboard batter (while power is off) for a few minutes, and then reinserting. If that doesn't work, I'd make sure all plugs are normal and plugged in. If nothing then, we've likely got a bad part in the mix.

i had this EXACT same problem (or at least symptoms) a while back. for me it was that i didnt have a heatsink on. make sure you have one and that its on correctly with thermal compound. i suggest Arctic Silver 5

Enable BSOD: Control Panel/Systems, Advanced Tab, hit the Settings button under Startup and Recovery, and under the System Failure area, uncheck the Automatically Restart checkbox.
