Changing fans in Lian Li PC-70USB case

I have a very good case, a Lian Li PC-70USB case. The only problem is that the ball bearings on the case fans have gotten old and noisy and one of the four fans no longer turns. I can not see how I can remove or repair any of the fans in the case. Does anybody know how this can be done ?

First remove everything from the case,
remove all old fans by drilling out rivets or if soldered you will have to cut them out, hopefully just screws to remove but never is easy way.
Next using holes made from drilling add new fans
reassamble
