I was lookin around to see if anyone had modded a CD-ROM or CD Burner to put a window in the top with a corresponding window in the case so you can see the disc doin its thang. I'm pretty sure there must be some out there, someone MUST have had this idea before. Looked through the whole damned VH case gallery and a couple of others but didnt see one. Anyone got a link or some pics?

LMAO!! Man, I wouldn't do that shit with a freekin' burner! Do it with a pos 50x CDRom or something. They are cheap as hell, and it wouldn't hurt so much when you jack it up.

Hey I aint that stoopid. Im gonna do it to an old sony 24x I got lying around (well ok, lying around in the wife's drive bay) first as a trial run, then I'll do the burner after I figure out what pooches I screwed on the old one. And if i REALLY screw it up looks like Im just gonna have to put the old 12x10x32 in wifey's box (shut up, you know what I meant) and get me a shiny new superfast burner. *sigh* how I suffer for my art.
