Cases with shallow depth dimension 11"/280mm
I have much horizontal space and much vertical space on a raised shelf on my desk, but only limited depth:

I'm looking for a case not more than 11" / 280mm deep. It is OK if the case is wide and tall but it must be shallow so it fits on the shelf without any overhang, and the DVD drive must be on the front so the tray slides out towards me, because on right hand side of the shelf there is a wall, and on the left-hand side of the shelf there are other devices.
A two-case solution would be ok too, one small case for motherboard and video card and power supply, and another external case for HDD and DVD drives, and SDHC card reader.
I have found two single-case candidates so far: Lian Li MiniQ PC-Q07 (but wish it were taller with one more external drive bay to support card-reader/USB port add-in) and the HTPC 8000 Wooden - NMediaPC, but it seems build-quality is not excellent (and there would be some overhang). Are there any others that fit this footprint? A taller case would also be good.
EDIT: The Antec Mini-Skeleton-90 and the Rave UltraShort-Depth Cube PC (RS-1775) also fit but it looks as though neither can be outfitted with a front-panel SDHC card-reader.
Thank you for suggestions.
P.S. I have not selected any motherboard yet.
