Maybe, depending on the case. You could also mod it yourself which is quite fun and feels great knowing it's your own handiwork. Adding a window to a side panel is one of the easiest mods to do, there are many tutorials on how to do this, there might even be one on this site, I'm not sure, you can search the forums for it though.

Here's a pretty good guide on cutting your own window if you think you're up to the challenge. I highly doubt you'll find a pre-made panel for that case.

Nope, in fact its quite the opposite. Mid ATX cases vary greatly in size.
About the only company you can buy window panels for are lian li, although i think cooler master has them for a model or two. Outside of that, a sheet of a plexi, a dremel or jigsaw, a steady hand and some double sided tape and you have just saved yourself a considerable amount of money.
